We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our furniture and accessories. If your new piece isn't quite the right fit, we will help you arrange a return or an exchange for something more suitable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  For larger furniture pieces, our specialist white-glove team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time, while smaller accessories can be dropped off at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
